Why does the cafe restaurant owner, Ms.Fay has named this Skippys? There is a reason behind of this.
In 2007, she used to have a café in Bangsar with an Australian partner. They wanted to grow the business together but unfortunately he was offered a good job in Indonesia which he had to leave. They have shared about good quality food. So they decided to name the business Skippys in honour of him. The kangaroo symbol is their delivery business which there is smoke coming out from its back. Their pizzas are Aussie style. Ms.Fay has lived in the Asia Pacific for long period and is so fond of Australia.
A
weekend I should begin my great day to enjoy my off from stresses and who doesn’t
really enjoy the weekday. So I get my man to bring me down to the Damansara
Uptown where we both get to explore our new food hunting. We are so pleased to
be invited to the special café restaurant like no others.

It is awesome when I took my little glance at the café restaurant.
It is big and cool with the nice lighting inside through the glassy window
from outside. So bold.
I am told that they have their 1st of 5 years has been in the business line with Skippys. It is Skippys Phileo where you can find near the Eastin Hotel.
Skippys Phileo, a delivery and dine-in service who has attracting of many good customers especially during the lunch peak hour time. It is so popular there.
So I am at the Skippys Uptown at the popular neighbourhood of Damansara Uptown which it has opened on the 12th Dec in last year 2015 for its second branch. Congratulation to the Skippys The Real Pork Company!
The first time I have entered the restaurant with my husband, I
was like oh I am entering to the world of western homestyle where the interior
design is so nice and make me feel like home. Simplify. They do have the high
stool table where we can sit on and read some magazine to avoid boredom. There
are some full-fledged bars we can eat like we are having some picnics one but
it is an air-conditioned inside. They deco everything that satisfies us as
customers we feel like no stranger at all. We can have dine-in so comfort and
the staffs are so friendly. Like our own neighbourhood home. We can drink beer
and wine there too because they do have the beer tap, how cool it is! You guys
sure will love it especially for your leisure time to be filled up of the day.
We both are welcome with their good Iced Lemon Tea while we were
waiting for our lunch meal dishes. The

The first dish that has impressed us with their special pork ribs!
I was surprised its big portion we both could not finish them up. Hence, I have
asked my other friends to try to taste it too.

Next, we are served with mushroom. It looks a bit weird at first I
thought oh it looks like corn something because it is so watery. One big bowl
for 2 persons. So I ought to try the mushroom and I love it, yes my favourite
one. The watery mushroom you might do not like but it tastes good when it comes
with many textures (ingredient combination inside). So we both feel better.

Another dish we love is Garden Salad with Crispy Pork. I have been
a salad lover. My darling and I have come to taste the beautiful sweet tasty of
garden salad where its crispy pork is so soft yet a very savory one to have
the freshly vegetable to dip with the good dressing all together. Fantastic.

Finally we get the chance to enjoy their special Pork pizza. It is
Ultimate Hawaiian 9” in size. The pizza looks so good in perfection as its
dough is thin unlike the Pizza Domino, Pizza Hut and Cube Pizza. The dough is
handmade which I prefer for more suits to my tasty. Their dough is made with olive oil and garlic and chili oil are made with sunflower oil.
The ingredients that I
enjoy having the pulled pork, sausages, bacon & pineapple pizza topping
with cheesy to eat with their special chili and garlic pastes. What a fascinating
worth experience!
