Hugos
by modestos

Thanks to Hugos by Modestos for the exclusive dinner night. It was a great night for me, my husband and friend.

We all were greatly welcomed by their good hospitality and friendly services. The atmosphere is so nice and ambiance.

They even have one VIP room for own private function one. To my surprise, the place will be all empty to be used for floor dance for those Salsa lovers on every Friday night where everybody can come and groove! Who-Hoo..!

The dining table is so neat. I like it.

The menu for bloggers' night.
12. Wow!

The dining table is so good where we have our Nicoise Salad (Tuna, Potatoes, Ripened Tomatomes, Hard-Boiled Eggs, Kalamata Olives, Red Onion and Crunchy French Beans) RM32. The tasty is so good. We have our second starter is Calamari Fritti RM30 where it has the fresh Squid, deep fried with their Hugos by Modestos Batter. They both are great for starters.

Next, Malaysian Satay and Vegetarian Spring Rolls are the local starters which are happened to be our good favourite food.
Malaysian Satay – you may choose Skewered Beef or Chicken, Served with Peanut Sauce, Cucumber, Rice Cake and Onions. They all are fresh and the peanut sauce is so good to taste.
½ dozen RM15 and 1 dozen RM30.
The Vegetarian Spring Roll, served with Authentic Thai Chilli Sauce RM18. The spring rolls are good too!

Soup Crema Di Funghi (cream of Fresh Forrest Mushrooms) RM18. The soup is my favourite. Good to add on some black peppers. The portion looks small but tastes good.

The Linguine Alla Modestos – Signature RM90 for a platter. It can be shared by many. It has delightful Fresh Seafood Sauce Pasta. I don’t quite like the tasty because it is new to me where I never have indian spicy in that part of sauce pasta.

Western Mains I have my Fish and Chips. Deep fried battered Red Snapper Fillet Served with French Fries, Tartar Sauce and Lemon Wedges RM34. It is not so bad to try the Red Snapper Fillet and it is good to enjoy having the tartar sauce, my favourite.

The side orders are potato wedges and mashed potatoes RM12. They are good to enjoy for some snack off your leisure most of time listening to music.

Pizza is my favourite food. Hawaiana (Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Turkey Ham, Pineapples and Onions) RM36 I truly enjoy the big turkey ham. Alla Salmone (Tomatoes, Cheese, Smoked Salmon and Capers) RM36. Good salmon to taste too. Fresh and scrumptious. Big slices to enjoy.

The mini beef burgers are their newly signature to the menu. They are so juicy and soft. Yet so delicious meaty. Grab it there!

We have our cool Mojito which is so good after we have too much gastro food all the night along. The drink is so fantastic! Worth it

Finally we have good desserts to enjoy our good night. They are Tortino Al Cioccolato (Rich Chocolate Brownies served with Vanilla Ice Cream) RM22. Good to taste the hot Chocolate Brownie and cold Ice Cream together. Panna Cotta (Italian Milk Pudding) RM20 I love to taste it for the first time knowing it is Italian well known dessert.

There are having their Band Night to entertain you on every Thursday from 6pm to 9pm then followed by Quiz Night with Ken Botak. How cool is that for you?
Guys, they are having good dance salsa for every Friday to rock all the night beating the good music. Do rock at Hugos by Modestos at Empire Damansara right now!
