HEALTHY RECIPE
HONEY CHIA SEEDS

The chia seeds will be forming into jelly seeds look like. It tasted nothing but you can feel its seed jellies with the sweetner, honey. 



How to make healthy drink, Honey Chia Seeds?
Ingredients:-  
½ Tbsp Australian Honey
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
250ml Lukewarm / Cold Water (any Tupperware bottle)

Methods:
1.   Get a Tupperware bottle
2.   Fill up 50ml Lukewarm / Hot Water (mix well)
3.   Pour ½ Tbsp Australian Honey
4.   Keep stirring until the honey is absorbed in well
5.   Then fill up the rest of Lukewarm / Cold Water to fill up the bottle
6.   Pour 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds, stirring well (when you see the chia seeds gets in water)
7.   And store in fridge for 1 hour or overnight (the chia seeds will be forming into jelly seeds look like)
8.   Enjoy your healthy drink
