GRANOLA MILK CHIA SEEDS
How to make healthy breakfast, Granola Milk Chia Seeds?
Ingredients:-
1 bottle of Jar
1 small cup of Milk (Pure Farm), you can get low fat milk
½ Tbsp Australian Honey (sweetener)
1 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
1 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
4 or 5 Spoon of Granola
4 Cherry Tomatoes
P/S: If you find recipe online notify this word, sweetener. Sweetener means any sweet like Honey, Yogurt, Soy Almond Milk for sample.
Methods:
1. Get a bottle of Jar
2. Then add 4 or 5 Spoon of Granola (depends on how much you want it is inside the jar)
3. Add the Milk
4. Add the 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
5. Add in ½ Tbsp Australian Honey
6. Add 1 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
6. Add 1 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
7. Add in 4 pcs of Cherry Tomatoes
8. Stir it mixed well
9. Store in fridge for few hours or overnight for better result
10. You will see the Chia Seeds is big in shape
11. Enjoy your breakfast
