Menu of the day
which falls on last Sunday

where I get the good chance to try a specialty food

Guess..Guess..Guess..

Bi........Bim..........Bap.......

YES. It is a Korean dish,
BIBIMBAP

Prepared by all the brothers who serve the Sunday worship.
thanked to them! Thumb up! Deliciousss.....

 What is Bibimbap?

It means "mixed rice". It is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namui (sauteed and seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chili pepper paste), soy sauce and sesame oil. A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (usually beef) are common additions. The hot dish is stirred together thoroughly just before eating.

I hope one day I attempt to cook this Korean cuisine ^.^

My pleasure to share this info with you all.
