Cheezy Omelettle Grilled Chicken

   Prep : 15 mins         Cook : 25 mins

Serves : 1

[Ingredients:]

Small portion of chicken
1 medium Red Onion
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Oregano 
1 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 tbsp Lerkin sauce
1 tsp Mustard
2 Eggs 
Half Salt
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 Cheddar Cheese Slice
Coriander


 [Directions:]

1. Soak chicken with salt for 5 minutes. Meanwhile getting red onion to cut in slice to set aside.

2. Rinse the chicken with water. Place chicken in a bowl,  add 1 tsp rosemary & oregano and 1 tbsp BBQ sauce, Lerkin sauce and 1 tsp mustard to blend all well and leave for for 10 minutes. (Marinade A)

3. Get 2 eggs to be beaten with half of salt, white pepper and 1 tsp of soy sauce. (Marinade B)

4. Heat saucepan add 1 tbsp olive oil  and cook Marinade A. Cook well. Then keep aside.

5. Grab a flat saucepan add 1 tbsp olive oil and cook Marinade B. While cooking the omelette, place some red onions and 1 cheddar cheese slice (you may make it cut into 2 slices) on it. When the cheddar cheese is smoking up, quickly toss the omelette to wrap up in nicely. Place on a plate.

6. On the same flat saucepan, you get the chicken to cook for 5 minutes to get them all grilled off away.

7. Finally get a plate to place the Cheesy Omelette Grilled Chicken, drizzle with tomato sauce then add a pinch of coriander leaves to finish the good day off.

 What a fine day to have a such lovey breakfast!
