[Ingredients:]
1 Spaghetti about 140-160grams
1 Salmon Fish
3 Strings of Pepperoni
Half Cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
2 medium Red Onions (finely sliced)
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
1 tin Mushroom Cream Soup
2 tbsp Sour Cream
[Directions:]
1. Bring a pot of water to boil. While it is boiling, add spaghetti in and add 1 tbsp salt. Until the spaghetti cooks well then drain with the running tap of water and place it on a bowl. Add some olive oil, mix well to leave it on.
2. Meanwhile, take the Salmon fish's skin off and soak in water with salt for few minutes.
. 3. While the spaghetti is cooking, prepare up the red onions to cut in slices, garlic is to chop in finely and pepperoni to cut in slices too. * As for pepperoni, please take off its skin before cutting
4. Heat a saucepan with 1 tbsp Olive Oil. Add garlic, red onion and lastly pepperoni. Pinch of salt to add too. Saute until they are cook well. Leave it aside.
5. Get back to Salmon Fish section. Rinse the salmon and tap it dry. Then drop some sesame oil on the Salmon Fish and rub it all over. Secondly, add pinch of oregano and thyme on it front and back. Add some drops the bit of apple cider vinegar on it too.
6. Heat a saucepan with bit of butter and add olive oil. There you finally lay Salmon Fish on the pan. The aroma smells nice...until the Salmon Fish turns golden brown.
7. To make carbonarna > Add the mushroom cream soup and some half cup of water. Stir slowly. Get 2 tbsp of sour cream in the soup and add some of Parmesan cheese together. Pinch some bit of Oregano. Stir until they are well cook.
8. Before getting plates to be ready for serve. Grab some spaghetti and add the pepperoni, blend them both. Then, lay the Salmon Fish on top and pour the carbonarna sauce all round the plate.
9. Lastly, you may have the romantic dinner with some glasses of wine with the special salmon pepperoni carbonarna pasta!
