Chinese & Japanese Cuisines

Since I have high blood pressure 140/100, the doctor has warned me to have more vegetables and meatless. So I have no idea on cooking. I thanked to my idea for getting me good food. There they are....

(Thanks to Daiso I have found the ingredient for making the soba soup)

I not only cook Western but to Chinese and Japanese as well. I hope to cook more variety of cuisines in future.
