Fruit Granola Salad


Cook baby spinach and egg into hot boiling water in different pots.

While waiting, cut strawberry, honey cherry tomatoes, yellow pepper, and banana.

Once the baby spinach and egg are done. 

Peel off eggs’ skin and cut into small sizes.

And press the baby spinach get out from its water or you may lift them up let the water drains out first.

Cook granola and yellow pepper with olive oil, stir and fry. Cook well.

Grab a nice plate, place baby spinach all over and place the yellow pepper and granola on  the centre

Put the fruits, strawberry. Banana, honey cherry tomatoes and eggs nicely to be lay on.

Lastly, sprinkle it all over with bit of olive oil and cider vinegar.

Serve yourself.
Fish Fillet Sweet & Sour


Cut garlic (minced)

Cut the fish fillet into small square sizes.
Then add rice flour and cornstarch flour to mix with bit of lukewarm water, grab the fish fillet to be filled with the paste flours stickier. Aside.

Cut red and green peppers into medium square size and honey cherry tomatoes too. Aside.

For sauce.
Get a small bowl, add tomato ketchup, chilli ketchup, lerkin, soya sauce, bit of water to mix well. Aside.

Hot wok with cooking oil, while it boils hot – place the fish to be fried well in crispy and place on kitchen towel to dry off.

Once the fish are all well fried.

Add the repeat oil from the frying the fish into the wok, add minced garlic, red and green peppers and honey cherry tomatoes to mix well.

Then add the fried fish, put the sauce all over too and add some bit of lukewarm. Then fry well.

Add oyster sauce. Keep stirring and leave for 2 minutes until it melts to be more bit of sticky.


Taste well. Serve with hot steamed rice.
Ginger Grilled Chicken Breast


*Simple preparation*

Peel of the potatoes’ skins off.
Put potatoes in the hot boiling water until they are soft to mash.
Once the potatoes are soft ready to mash off right away.
While mashing it, add white pepper, parsley, bit of mayo and add some cider vinegar inside and mix it well.

Put the chicken breasts into hot boiling water to cook it fast.
The chicken , cut in halfway to spread with the ginger paste inside and marinated with lerkin and teriyaki sauce, not forgetting herbs, thymes and rosemary
*for ginger paste, use grinder bowl to smash the fresh ginger
Get olive oil on flat saucepan, grill the chicken  to be cooked well and ensure they all are turning to golden brown in colour.

Cut red onion and carrot in slices and then fried them with olive oil turning brown in colour. Put aside.

Put the siu pak choy vegetable into the hot boiling pot.
When they are good enough to be soft,
Lay them on another plate, cool aside a while.

Ready for serve

Get a clean nice plate for decor

Place the Siu Pak Choy vegetable all over, then put the chicken on the center, fried onion and carrot to be placed on the side and meanwhile the mashed potatoes on the other side too.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Chia seeds are rich in polyunsaturated fats, especially omega-3 fatty acids. QUINOA AVOCADO GRILLED CHICKEN

What is Quinoa?

Quinoa is a grain crop primarily for its edible seeds. It is a pseudocereal, similar in some respects to buckwheat, rather than a true cereal. Qunioa is closely related to species such as beetroots, spinach,  and tumbleweeds. After harvest, the seeds must be processed to remove the coating containing the bitter-tasting saponins. The seeds are in general cooked the same way as rice and can be used in a wide range of dishes. The leaves are eaten as a left vegetable , much like amaranth but commercial availability of quinoa greens is limited.  
Quinoa originated in the Andean region of Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador and Colombia, (mostly from the South of America) where it was domesticated 3,000 to 4,000 years ago for human consumption, though archaeological evidence shows a non-domesticated association with pastoral herding some 5,200 to 7,000 years ago.

It is high in protein, and is tolerant of dry soil. The nutrient composition is favourable compared with common cereals. Quinoa seeds contain essential amino acids like lysine and acceptable quantities of calcium, phosphorus and iron.

The Qunioa is cooked well

Ingredients:-
2 Siu Pak Choy
1/2 Poached Egg
1/2 Avocado
3 Tbsp Quinoa
1 Chicken Breast

Methods:-
1. Marinated the Chicken Breast with Lerkin Sauce, dried Rosemary, Oregano, Basil, Thymes, Parsley and soak in fridge for overnight.
2. Next day, cool the marinated Chicken Breast and then cook it to grill for 30-45 minutes to be grilled well with Olive Oil.
3. Cook the egg and peel it off the skin, then sliced to 1/2 poached egg.
4. Cook the Siu Pak Choy with Olive Oil and the vegetable to cook well and fried the Avocado for a quick cook in 1 minute.
6. Cook Quinoa with 4-5 ml lukewarm water (depends how you cook it) to stir until Quinoa to be absorbed out well within 15 minutes.
5. Meanwhile the Quinoa is almost ready to be cooked well.
6. Get a clean plate and place the Qunioa first then Siu Pak Choy/Avocado with top Grilled Chicken Breast and granish with the Poached Egg with its Thousand Island Salad.
7. Enjoy your healthy diner.

How to make healthy breakfast, Granola Milk Chia Seeds?
Ingredients:-  
1 bottle of Jar
1 small cup of Milk (Pure Farm), you can get low fat milk
½ Tbsp Australian Honey (sweetener)
1 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
4 or 5 Spoon of Granola
4 Cherry Tomatoes

P/S: If you find recipe online notify this word, sweetener. Sweetener means any sweet like Honey, Yogurt, Soy Almond Milk for sample.

Methods:
1.   Get a bottle of Jar
2.   Then add 4 or 5 Spoon of Granola (depends on how much you want it is inside the jar)
3.   Add the Milk
4.   Add the 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
5.   Add in ½ Tbsp Australian Honey
6. Add 1 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
7.   Add in 4 pcs of Cherry Tomatoes
8.   Stir it mixed well
9.   Store in fridge for few hours or overnight for better result
10.   You will see the Chia Seeds is big in shape

The chia seeds will be forming into jelly seeds look like. It tasted nothing but you can feel its seed jellies with the sweetner, honey. 



How to make healthy drink, Honey Chia Seeds?
Ingredients:-  
½ Tbsp Australian Honey
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
250ml Lukewarm / Cold Water (any Tupperware bottle)

Methods:
1.   Get a Tupperware bottle
2.   Fill up 50ml Lukewarm / Hot Water (mix well)
3.   Pour ½ Tbsp Australian Honey
4.   Keep stirring until the honey is absorbed in well
5.   Then fill up the rest of Lukewarm / Cold Water to fill up the bottle
6.   Pour 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds, stirring well (when you see the chia seeds gets in water)
7.   And store in fridge for 1 hour or overnight (the chia seeds will be forming into jelly seeds look like)
8.   Enjoy your healthy drink
