MUSTARD HONEY CHICKEN LEMON

[Marinade A]


Serves : 5-6         Prep : 10 mins         Cook : 30 mins


[Ingredients:]

1 Chicken
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp Rosemary
4 Basil Leaves
2 tbsp Honey
1.5 tbsp Mustard
1 Lemon


[Marinade A]

1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp Rosemary
4 Basil Leaves
2 tbsp Honey
1.5 tbsp Mustard


[Directions:]

1. Unfrozen the chicken. Soak chicken with salt in a large bowl fills with water for few minutes.

2. Thoroughly and rinse the chicken and pat them dry. 

3. Add ingredients [Marinade A] then chill in fridge for 30 minutes. The best result is to chill for overnight.

*for better taste/smell

4. After chill, cool it down for few minutes.

5. Get a wok, add cooking oil to heat. Add the chicken marinade. Turn the high heat to fry them and put them with its cover wok for 10 minutes - 15 minutes under the low medium heat.

6. Keep on frying until they all turn golden brown. 

7. After they are well cooked. Put them over the kitchen tissue towel on a plate let the oil come out from its chicken.

8. Get a plate and put the chicken on. Lastly, garnish them with its lemon juice taste. 

9. Serve with steamed rice or any western vegetables you may add some with.
