PENANG ASAM LAKSA!
I have received a sample ‘Taste of Malaysia Giveaway 2015’
with its newly brand popular Ramen with Penang Asam Laksa a month ago. It is
awesome to see it in a beautiful packaging design. They are Penang Asam Laksa
Maggi Mee X 1 pack and Penang Asam Laksa Mee X 2 packs.
Surprised me with these two different of types. Wondering
what is the difference between those kinds of mee. Someday I got the chance to
try it. When I opened it impatiently, the paste smell is so strong. It is I am
a Penang Asam Laksa Lover! It is a bit weird because they are ready-made directly from factory compared to home cook laksa.
Inherited from the early Chinese-Malay descendants known as
the Baba Nyonya. Exotically addictive with the sour twist of tamarind and
ramen!
To prepare this quick Penang Asam Laksa, I have had some red
onion (thinly sliced). Then I bring a bowl saucepan to boil water and put the maggi
mee in. When the water has boiled, I added in the paste. Keep on stirring for 5
minutes and turn off the heat then. I repeated the same ingredient to cook
another mee one for Penang Asam Laksa.

I got its two bowls are ready to serve to me myself and my
man. Yeah the bowl of Penang Asam Laksa was so aromatic and how much I have
missed it!
The soup was not so bad as it has the traditional paste.
For a better result, to add in mackerel (ikan kembong),
pineapple, torch ginger flower (bunga kantan) and cucumber you will get the
best of all to taste its more savory and authentic dish. It enlightens your
taste buds with the tangy rich flavours of Asam Laksa.
You can get it in anywhere and anytime at supermarkets and
grocers. Guys who are so busy with career and family can get Penang Asam Laksa
packs now! You will gonna to love it in every minute!
