Fruit Granola Salad

Cook baby spinach and egg into hot boiling water in different pots.

While waiting, cut strawberry, honey cherry tomatoes, yellow pepper, and banana.

Once the baby spinach and egg are done. 

Peel off eggs’ skin and cut into small sizes.

And press the baby spinach get out from its water or you may lift them up let the water drains out first.

Cook granola and yellow pepper with olive oil, stir and fry. Cook well.

Grab a nice plate, place baby spinach all over and place the yellow pepper and granola on  the centre

Put the fruits, strawberry. Banana, honey cherry tomatoes and eggs nicely to be lay on.

Lastly, sprinkle it all over with bit of olive oil and cider vinegar.

Serve yourself.
