YOGURT AVOCADO MILKSHAKE



Ingredients:-
1 Avocado
2 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
120ml Low-Fat Milk
50ml Lukewarm Water

Methods:-
1. Add 1 Avocado
2. Add 2 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
3. Add 120ml Low-Fat Milk
4. Start to get it to be blended well
5. Add some 50ml Lukewarm Water
6. To have smoothie drink softly
7. Enjoy your healthy morning drink
