Western Salad Dish

Egg Ham Salad

   Prep : 15 mins         Cook : 20 mins

Serves : 4


3 Chicken Ham
3 medium Red Onion
3 Celery
Fresh Vegetable
1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
9 Eggs
1 tbsp Mustard
2 tbsp Mayonnaise 
1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Lemon 
White Pepper




1. Boil 9 eggs in a bowl at high heat. 

2. While the eggs are boiling, get the all 3 Chicken Ham (sliced in square shape), 3 medium Red Onions (finely sliced) and 3 Celery (finely chopped). Put aside.

3. The eggs are to be done to peel off its skin. Then cut them into some pieces in a bowl. 

4. Gather the Chicken Ham, Red Onions and Celery (3 in 1 all). Pour all one by one on a heat saucepan with 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil. Add bit of salt and white pepper. Stir fry to mix well. 

5. Then pour the mixture onto the eggs bowl. Add 1 tbsp Mustard,  2 tbsp Mayonnaise, 1/2  tsp Apple Cider Vinegar, a pinch of white pepper and parsley. Lastly squeeze out the 1 lemon to sprinkle all together to toss up well.

6. Get a plate to place fresh vegetable on and pour the mixture all over nicely. Parsley to garnish at last.

7. Chill and you may serve it in anytime to enjoy the salad.
