1 1/2 Salt

Japanese Soft Tofu to cut in cubes nicely
As you can see the three plates of them are preparing up for the dish!

3. After the Salmon Fish is done, add 1 tsp of sesame oil and soy sauce and leave it in a little while. (Marinade A)

4. Meanwhile the rice pot is boiling at medium heat to a low simmer and use a soup ladle to dissolve the rice gently. Simmer it even longer for more sticky rice, finer and more like congee- consistency.

5. When the rice pot is ready, add gingers for 1 minute then add marinade A. Stir well. After 5 minutes, add the Japanese Soft Tofu. Drop 1 1/2 salt and some soy sauce to taste.

6. Garnish Coriander leaves on Salmon Tofu Porridge is ready to serve now with a good lukewarm water.

A very tasty porridge and it is very nutrient dish especially it absorbs a lot of good gingers inside. Suits for those who need it for a speedy recovery and healthy body.
